Refund policy

At Ghallia Parfums, we take great pride in offering the finest oud and artisanal perfumes, ensuring that each bottle you receive is in pristine condition, untouched by previous customers.

Given the pure and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each bottle is carefully hand-poured and measured by the gram, making it impossible to guarantee the same quality and quantity for another customer if a product has been opened and returned. To ensure you find the perfect scent before committing to a full bottle, we encourage you to purchase a sample first.

Order Cancellations
By placing an order with Ghallia Parfums, you enter into a contract. Once an order has been submitted and paid for, it cannot be canceled except in cases where an item is no longer available. This is because:

• We begin processing your order immediately, which involves logistical efforts that may not be visible to the customer.
• Payment processors do not refund transaction fees once a payment has been made.
• Preparing and fulfilling an order requires time and labour.

If an exceptional case arises where a cancellation is granted, a 15% restocking fee will be applied after deducting payment processing fees.
